Accepted Insurance Plans - Chicago & Hinsdale
Learn which insurance plans we accept for child, adolescent, and adult psychiatry services in Chicago and Hinsdale. In-network and out-of-network options available.
We only provide video service for patients that reside in Illinois.
Currently, Chicago Child Psychiatry Associates accept new patients with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois PPO, Aetna, Cigna, and United in-network. All other insurance plans are accepted as out-of-network. Should you choose to make use of medical insurance reimbursement benefits, all the information needed for the processing of the claim is integrated into the patient account activity statement generated at the end of each month.

It is important to know that once you release such sensitive personal information to unknown third parties you lose control over its use. There have been instances of people being denied life or disability insurance policies based on particular diagnoses being a part of the public information domain.
Payment
Payment is expected at the time of service rendered until we arrive at a different, mutually agreeable arrangement. Payment method options are cash, check or major credit card.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
