Rebecca Yang is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. She believes in building trusting relationships with her patients and creating a safe, supportive environment where they feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their mental health journey.
Rebecca provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and psychoeducation, working collaboratively with each patient to develop personalized treatment plans that support lasting mental wellness.
Rebecca brings several years of psychiatric nursing experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She completed the majority of her clinical training at Northwestern Medicine Hospital in Lake Forest, Illinois, where she trained alongside psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners in outpatient behavioral health clinics and emergency psychiatric consultation services. She also gained experience caring for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients across diverse behavioral health settings.
Rebecca earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of St. Francis and is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
Currently accepts patients ages 16 and older.
